This meditation of one's hands was motivated by a workshop I recently attended that dealth with using massage and energy work to care for cancer patients. During this workshop, as I was massaging a woman's hands, I was moved to think of all the things her hands had done in her life and how, now, my hands were caring for her. I hope your heart will be as touched as mine was.

The Path to Creation was inspired by a hike in the woods near my home. There is a path in the woods that leads to a beautiful, moss carpeted clearing. When the sun came through the pine trees, it was truly majestic!
